Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch, as items are sourced from our fulfilment partners.

Delivery time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 10-12 business days for overseas-sourced items. Delivery times vary by product depending on warehouse location and are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs Free shipping on orders over $79 AUD. Orders under $79 AUD incur a flat shipping fee.

Order tracking You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. 

Split shipments Because some orders include items from different suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. This is normal and not a sign of a lost item.

Delayed or missing orders If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us at our support email and we’ll investigate with our shipping partner.
